There will be a structured open discussion (meaning a topic will be introduced and explored) during the first hour and a half followed by a thirty minute guided meditation. I suggest you wear comfortable clothing and bring water to drink.


Creative visualization and guided imagery are utilized to move participants to an experience of complete connection and oneness. This practice promotes peace, releases stress, supports a healthier mind and body, and initiates greater awareness of Self.

Specific tools and techniques will be accessed to allow participants to determine and understand what their negative beliefs are, where they came from and how to release the negative experiences of those beliefs.

Mitzi performs clearings and blessings on area homes and businesses with the greatest reverence.  She is honored to be gifted with the capacity to sense these energies and then clear them in the most appropriate and respectful manner.  Clearings/Blessings are effective when anyone within one's home or business is experiencing uncomfortable feelings or negative occurences.  It is also appropriate to perform Clearings/Blessings after a recent illness, death in the family, construction and prior moving into a new space.  Property may also be Cleared/Blessed prior to building a new home or business.
