There will be a structured open discussion (meaning a topic will be introduced and explored) during the first hour and a half followed by a thirty-minute guided meditation. I suggest you dress comfortably.


 Creative visualization and guided imagery are utilized to move participants to an experience of complete connection and oneness. This practice promotes peace, releases stress, supports a healthier mind and body, and initiates greater awareness of Self.


Pre-registration is required, as space is limited.   To register, simply send an e-mail to Mitzi at mitzi@liveyourmostamazinglife.com complete with your name, address, and phone number to secure your seat.

 Directions to location will be sent upon registration.


If you have previously registered for a Open Discussion/Meditation Session, it is only necessary to send an e-mail to me at mitzi@liveyourmostamazinglife.com saying which session you plan to attend that week.
